Fish meat is the important dish in which all the people need to take it.
Many people will not like to eat the sea foods for those people the
nutrient supply for the body will be less. The meat of the fish contains
the copper in which it is good for the blood. The copper is the

The ingredients that is need for the spice dusted salmon is that the spice mixture with the dry ginger, cinnamon and the turmeric, 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of black ground pepper, for making the vine grate for salmon take the lemon juice and the virgin olive

The making of the salmon dusted fillets is that take the ground ginger, cinnamon and the turmeric mixture, add the salt and pepper in it. Mix it well and keep it aside. Now take a bowl and prepare the vine grate for marinating the salmon. For that pour some lemon juice and olive oil in the bowl and whisk it together. Dip the salmon in this mixture and place it in the baking tray. Now dust the spice mixture in the flesh of the salmon and spread it using the spoon. Keep the tray inside the oven for 10-11 minutes at 425 degree Celsius.

The lemon cilantro sauce which is used with the salmon will serve as a perfect dip for the salmon. The ingredients that are needed for the lemon cilantro sauce is that the Greek style plain egg yogurt, fresh cilantro , 1 lemon zest, minced garlic and salt for taste.

Take the bowl and add the Greek style yogurt in the bowl, add the cilantro and the lemon zest.Now add the salt for the taste. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl to become a sauce. Now place the spice dusted salmon in the serving tray and place the cilantro sauce in the bowl within that plate. This will be yummy and delicious.
